I have been working in international furniture and accessories purchasing for over two decades – with a focus on Indonesia, India, China, and Thailand.
My personal passion: hand-finished lotus paintings. Golden walls! Professionally, I am responsible for sourcing at a large European furniture company – and combine professional purchasing experience with creative instinct.
International Trade Fairs
Several times a year, I visit the industry's major trade fairs:
Maison & Objet, Ambiente, Salone del Mobile, Trendset, Nordstil, and IFEX in Jakarta.
Here, I discover new styles, shapes, and materials – and make personal contacts with international manufacturers.
Focus on Indonesia
Twice a year, I spend several weeks in Indonesia.
I know the region from Jakarta to Mataram and work with a network of reliable producers.
Supplier visits, quality control, container packing processes, and new discoveries are part of my daily routine.
This way, I ensure the best prices and quality – with a high level of originality.
