Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We don't charge the shipping costs for:

Germany

Bulky goods

Bulky goods are pictures with an overall format of at least 120 x 180 cm. Bulky items are marked in the item description. Bulky goods are free of charge within Germany.



Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs for:

Austria: flat rate of 15.90 euros
Switzerland: 15.90 flat rate

Bulky goods

Bulky goods are pictures with an overall format of at least 120 x 180 cm. Bulky items are marked in the item description.

When shipping bulky goods (forwarding shipping) abroad, we charge as follows:
Austria:
Bulky goods are sent via a forwarding agency - € 149.00
Switzerland:
Bulky goods are sent via a forwarding agency - € 169.00


Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The invoice amount is to be settled within 10 days when paying on account.
